Our job takes us all over the world, so no matter how near or far your event may be – we’ll be there exactly when you need us to be!
Performing overseas can be challenging technically. Flying to perform in another country means apart from guitars everything is hired in for us. We always travel with our own sound engineer. Experience has taught us the difficulties of communicating on a technical level in any other language. We’re happy to organise this on your behalf and liase directly with a trusted local supplier. Where we can’t be certain that suitably professional production and backline (and if it’s cost effective to do so) we’re happy to arrange to truck our own equipment to your venue.
We know just how lucky we are to be able to have a job that allows us to travel, and put on a great show. But we never let this distract from our performance –we could be playing just round the corner and we’d still ensure our guests, and our clients were treated to a fantastic performance.
We like to think we’re pretty grounded like that, and every client, destination and venue is equally as important to us. But, because we’ve been so lucky and had great time in so many cities abroad, we’ve summarised a few of our favourites.
Partying in Europe
Athens
We’ve worked in Athens many times over the past few years – most notably at the Olympic Velodrome and in the open air at Zappeion Exhibition Hall.
Budapest
Another beautiful city full of culture (if only we had the time to see it!). Here we performed on the stage of the iconic Opera House – one of the most striking settings for an event!
Florence
This stunning location was the venue for the wedding of England and Manchester City goalkeeper Joe Hart and his wife Kimberley. On this occasion we were lucky enough to spend a few hours exploring this amazing city.
Venice
Transporting huge PA systems and lighting rigs around a city built on water is a feat in itself! Fortunately for us all we had to do was get on a water taxi with our guitars and costumes and enjoy the experience! It was the perfect location for a themed masked-Ball.
Barcelona
Definitely one of our favourites and most visited European cities, with so many great venues from the Arts Hotel to the MNAC or even Las Arenas – (thankfully no longer used for Bull fighting!). We’re always happy to return!
Partying all over the world
We’ve performed (quite literally) on some of the hottest stages. From beaches in Barbados and Qatar to the desert of Jordan. We have seen in the New Year in Dubai, as well as playing at corporate and sports events in Oman and UAE. But probably our most memorable booking was in Jordan, where we played at a wedding in a Bedouin site in the desert transformed for a huge wedding. Together with chefs flown in from Lebanon and florists from Japan it was an experience never to be forgotten!
